Shipping policy

At Punchy Printz, we handcraft every order specifically for you. Because our products are made to order, please allow extra time for production before your item ships.

1. Production & Processing Time

  • All items are custom-made to order.
  • Current production time is 【1-5 business days】 (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • This does not include shipping time.
  • We will notify you via email if there is any unexpected delay in production.

Important: Production begins only after you approve your final design/proof (when applicable) and after payment is received.

2. Shipping Time

Once your order is completed and handed over to the carrier, here are the estimated delivery times:

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times can vary due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • The weight and dimensions of your finished item
  • Your delivery address
  • The shipping speed you choose

We offer the following options (where available):

  • Standard Shipping
  • Express / Tracked Shipping (recommended for urgent orders)

Please note: Shipping costs for custom-made items can be higher than standard products due to size, weight, and packaging requirements.

4. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can track your package using the link provided or on the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by you. If you need to change your address after ordering, contact us as soon as possible before production begins.

6. International Orders & Customs

  • For orders outside the United Kingdom, you (the customer) are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
  • We will declare the full value of the goods and mark them as “merchandise” (not as gifts).

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days with photos of the packaging and the item.
  • If your package is lost by the carrier, we will work with the shipping provider to investigate and will either reship or refund your order once the claim is approved.

8. Important Notes

  • We ship from Oxfordshire, United Kingdom.
  • We do our best to meet the estimated times, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates, especially during peak seasons (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.).
  • Because items are custom-made, we cannot offer refunds for delays in shipping unless the delay is extremely excessive and caused by us.
